Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the items we sell. If for any reason you would like to return an item that you buy, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
You may return all unworn or unused merchandise with the original packaging and tags within 14 days of receiving the items. All items returned or exchanged must be unopened, unused and still be in the original packaging. We will not accept items any returns postmarked after 14 days from the day you received it.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any items returned.
For the safety of our customers and employees, we do have some restrictions on what can be returned.
Latex is not returnable.
We will not accept returns on used items.
We cannot accept returns on items where the packaging, tags or labels have been removed or damaged.
You cannot return any clothing if the tags have been removed. Please leave the tags on until you know its your size.
Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as your customer’s protection. It is also the law. These include but are not limited to: Panties, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel.
We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Some of the items, like the latex and lace items, are delicate and must be treated with care.
Adult toys, lubricants or DVD's cannot be returned.
All orders are processed as they are received. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If we ship or have to order merchandise to fill your order, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You first must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ThePinkPanty.com. Please call us at 1-800-493-5905 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return and we will issue you a RMA number. Any packages received without a RMA number will be refused.
Pack the item in the original shipping box or another sturdy box with care.
Include a copy of the original invoice along with a note explaining the details of the return or exchange and your RMA number. Please be sure to include item codes for items you would like to exchange for.

The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is at your expense. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation with your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
For returns, your credit card will be refunded within 7 to 14 days.
Exchanges will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow time for any items to be ordered to fulfill your exchange. For faster exchanges we recommend ordering what you want online, then returning your item for a refund. If you include your new order number with the return the restocking fee will be waived.
Halloween Return Policy
For orders placed in the month of October, we cannot accept any returns on costumes or shoes after October 15th. Any costumes or shoes returned to us after October 15th will be refused.
Christmas and Valentines Return Policy
We will extend the date for returning Christmas or Valentines gifts until one week after the holiday (1/1 or 2/21 respectively). Please read the 'Non-Returnable Items' section above for the limitations on what you can return. All the same limitation apply to gift purchases.
